Technical Visit to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan

Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (CGMH) is a comprehensive healthcare provider which comprises of 7 medical centers in Taiwan. Established in 2014, the Proton and Radiation Therapy Center of CGMH is the first proton therapy center in Taiwan. There are 4 rotating gantry proton treatment units and 8 linear accelerators.

Member (Shared room: HKD 3700 / Single room: HKD 5600)

*The exact amount will be confirmed upon confirmation of air ticket and hotel reservation.

*The cost includes round trip air tickets, hotel accommodation, local transportation between Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport and hotel, and transportation between hotel and hospitals. The cost does not include individual travel or any insurance.

Accompanying Person

A maximum of one accompanying person per member is allowed. The accompanying person may not join the technical programme on 20th Nov and 21st Nov. They may have their own schedule. 

Registration

2. Please register with the full name and gender of the member and accompanying person (if any) for air ticket and hotel reservation.

3. Applicants should indicate single or double hotel room occupancy at the time of registration. In the latter case, an applicant may indicate the name of the other person with whom he/she wish to share a room with.

4. A cheque made payable to “Hong Kong Institution of Physicists in Medicine” for the above amount shall be submitted at the time of registration application for deposit. Once registration is confirmed by HKIPM, the deposit shall be non-refundable.
